How can we book the date for our wedding?
To book your date you first need to schedule a call with me, sign a contract and pay a 40% deposit. That locks your date in my calendar.
How and when will we receive our photos?
The standard pack includes about 600 photographs in digital format. I deliver them in high resolution in a private gallery within 6 weeks after the wedding. If you want an album, I will share the catalogue so you can choose the model and then the photos you want to include.
Do you work alone or with an assistant?
I always work with a second photographer. It is part of how I work and of the results you will end up with. For me it is essential to cover every emotion that happens on such an important day. And if a videographer is needed, I can also offer that service to capture your special day in motion.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 6 months before the wedding date, 50% of the initial deposit is refunded. If you cancel between 3 and 6 months before, 25% of the initial deposit is refunded. Cancellation less than 3 months before: the initial deposit is not refunded. The second payment will not be required if it has not been made yet. In circumstances beyond both parties’ control (natural disasters, serious medical emergencies, and so on), each case is reviewed individually to reach a fair solution. If the wedding needs to be rescheduled, the initial deposit can be transferred to a new date if availability allows. If the new date is not available, the standard cancellation policy applies.
What if you get ill or have an emergency on the wedding day?
In an emergency I have a network of trusted professional photographers who can take my place, so your special day is still captured with the same magic and emotion I would bring.
Can we meet before the wedding?
Of course! We shouldn’t — we must! Transparency, trust and a real connection with you are essential for the experience and the result to feel magical. I usually schedule an initial meeting to get to know you, for you to understand my process, and to answer every question. Later, when the plans are more settled in the last months, we schedule another meeting to confirm everything is on track or to take any surprises into account.
Do you offer pre-wedding sessions?
Yes! I offer pre-wedding sessions, and they are a wonderful way for us to get to know each other better and for you to feel more at ease in front of the camera before the big day. They can also be used for invitations, guest books and wedding-day décor. If you have one in mind, just mention it at the first meeting :).
