WHO AM I?

My essence

Always a dreamer, yet with my feet on the ground; sensitive and creative, empathic and patient. Grateful and attentive by nature, looking for and creating connection with people, seeing life with optimism and always enjoying the small and large experiences it gives us. A caretaker, seeking inner wellbeing and that of the people around me. On the run from bad vibes and destructive criticism, and a passenger on the journey of becoming a better person every day.

Work

Between a full-time job at a multinational and tight calendars, photography has become that quiet corner that speaks softly and reminds me who I am. It is a project of my own, sown with love two years ago, that I water every day with hours stolen from the clock and a great deal of excitement. I studied Advertising and Public Relations, and at 21 I lived in Ireland as an au pair. There, among children’s smiles, the odd shout and rainy afternoons, I began capturing moments of the little ones I looked after and of everything around me, without knowing that, years later, it would be the seed of this path. Photography lets me listen to life through family connection, love, light and glances. And although it is not my whole day, it is the part of the day that makes me feel most alive.

Personal life

Born in Barcelona, but always looking toward new horizons. For more than a decade I have shared my life with my partner, with whom I have grown, laughed and learned to walk slowly and steadily. I love sports and trying new things, usually with skill, dedication and resilience. A traveller at heart, a tireless explorer... afraid of flying, yes, but determined not to let insecurity stop me. Every flight is a small, great victory. I have loved animals since I was very little, and today I have Ringo, a lovely chinchilla with a calm spirit, until the day I can share life with the dog I long for. I enjoy nature — mountains more than the beach — and find peace among trees, peaks and quiet paths. A culinary fanatic: the stranger the dish, the better! But my real addiction, the one that never fails and always makes me happy, is well-salted popcorn.
